Skills:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic ability to prepare cost estimates
• Autocad, MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook

Responsibilities are

• 1. Acquiring new projects into the business
• 2. Build the project requirements
• 3. Providing the best budget for the project
• 4. Preparation of procurement schedule, project procedure and reports
• 5. Supervising the ongoing projects
• 6. Regular discussions with the clients and the suppliers on the process of the project
• 7. Track changes to the project and adjust budget projections accordingly
• 8. Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
• 9. Ensure health and safety measures are met on site
• 10. Prepare reports as required
• 11. Resolving any technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• 12. Customer relationship management
• 13. Payment follow up and receipt
