Business Analyst
Experience Required : 10-15 Years
Job description below: 1 Enable decision decision-making and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format. 2 Own the development and maintenance of new and existing solution artifacts which are focused on driving efficiency within the business via analysis and metrics. 3 Partner with the team to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement 4 Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI’s, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.. 5 Translate data into actionable insights. Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format. 6 Identify areas of opportunity to improve product/process efficiency. 7 Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks. 8 Develop ideas to drive customer insights, engagement acquisition and retention 9 Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions 10 Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines 11 Excellent writing skills, to create artefacts easily digestible by business partners.
