Position: Quantity Surveyor – (Pre-Contract)

Education: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical & Electrical)

Experience:

Experience 5+ years; Preferably worked in Commercial / Residential Building Projects in Real Estate Industry. Contractor / Client QS office based (OR) Cost Consultant Experience will be an added advantage

IT Savvy, Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD / Zwcad, Acrobat, etc

Job Description:

Good measuring skills on all relevant building trades and elements, understanding of the cross-check methods and principles of estimatingAble to perform Quantification, Quantity validation on Tender drawings independently

Preparing RFI when sufficient information / details are not available

Basic Knowledge in costing and tender document management.

Understand and adopt the company's procedures, documentation and relevant standard codes related to measurements (trade and elements)

Plan the tasks well and discuss with team leaders regularly.

Ensure high quality service delivery on every task in allocated time.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures and documentation standards

Reasonable communication skills both written and verbal

Good Interpersonal Skills

Good skills on excel and the ability to learn and adapt to customized software

Ensure integrity and professionalism in every task or activity performed
