Business Analyst

Experience Range: 2 - 4 years

Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E,

Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary
point of contact.
Must Have Skills : Business Analysis
Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
1. To understand the Business requirements from different business stakeholders and convert them
into System Requirements in the form of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
2. To identify the best possible design solution for the requirements to be mapped to the existing
applications Suggest changes in existing process wherever required
3. To be able to conduct discussions/walkthroughs with Clients stakeholders, Project Managers,
Business Analysts and technical architects to run
Technical Experience :
1. Professional Level exposure to Insurance domain knowledge is good to have .
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience of working as a Business Analyst
3. Having basic Agile knowledge is a must
