This role is based at Bangalore and reports into the Senior Manager / Area Head -
Projects.
Responsibilities
? Identify new clients and generate leads through cold calling, references from other verticals,
market
contact etc.
? Keep track of upcoming RFPs in the market and participate in the same
? Strong documentation experience
? Develop a strong database of prospective key clients – MD/CFO of top companies
? Understand the growth trends of various sectors – IT/ITES, Chemical, Financial Institutions
? Keep oneself abreast on market knowledge via Newspapers, Magazine, internet
? Network with Developers/ Architects/Vendors
? Maintaining relationships with clients.
? Keep abreast of latest developments – commercial/industrial projects in India
? Prepare client presentations in line with their requirements
? Support Regional Head in presentations and meeting with the clients
Professional experience and Competency Profile
Qualifications/ Education – Graduate in any discipline / MBA (Marketing) / Diploma in Marketing
Management,
Technical Knowledge will be an advantage
Career Experience – 10+ years experience in Sales / Business Development
Particular Aptitudes/Skills – Excellent communication- Written as well as verbal, Willingness to
travel, Excellent
presentation skills, Organised documentation, Outgoing personality with aggressive marketing skills
